Charmed, I'm sure

Happy spring! I was just featured in a treasury on etsy. Currently, I'm up to 1100 views on those rosettes and 37 item favs!! Let's make it more. Or better yet.. buy them!

Josh helped me (and by help, I mean he did it) fix up my brakelines on my old schwinn. I'll be riding soon, like this weekend hopefully! Oh, and I just dropped off some cute new baskets and accessories at Halcyon. The charmers go right below the seat (or anywhere your heart desires) and are just $15. Contact me for custom colours. Fun!

Hmm, more fun things? I am working on some wedding invitations for a friend. They're vintage/ Niagara Falls themed. I'll share soon, but they're really fun so far! Also, Say Ooh will be going on tour with Crystal, Dabney, and Chelsey to the west coast. Hit up any of their shows in Cali/ Oregon/ Washington for some fluffy feaths! Press packs will be dropped off along the way, so if you run a boutique on that side of the country, contact me for one.

Goodness, how could I forget? I am part of a new vintage/ fashion/ indie market this weekend in Five Points, Nashville. Saturday ten til six in the yard at Fannies, next to Bongo Java. Stop by and say hello! I'll be trying to pickup a better tan, so let's hope the sun is out.

Antique Collector

Last week, I set up camp at The Rutledge with my suitcase of hair accessories. Crystal Thomas debuted her marvelous new EP and the crowd was easily cast under her magical spell. I helped Crystal pick out a sweet lil ensemble, then created a custom headband for her. Her backup singers borrowed lil pretties to wear during the set as well. Thanks to the talented Joey Ciccoline who snapped some shots. Hope you like.

Bernard Hill art show

Rachel and I had a little art show gathering at our home last Thursday. It featured artwork from Brandi, a sweet gal from Boulder CO. Her work was amazing in person, very layered with subtle tones and sweet whispers. Brandon Morgan also had some paintings up, alongside a few pieces and accessories by myself. Of course the upstairs was full of goodies by Rachel. The wine flowed, everyone made new friends, saw old friends, and laughed by the fire in our yard. Oh, and there were marshmallows thanks to Lucy. Here are a few snipits. I hope we have more of these. The environment was juuuuust right. Exactly what I like these days.

Fashion for a Cause

Last week was Vanderbilt's Fashion For a Cause. Some featured designers on the runway were Betsey Johnson, Valentinevalentine, White Rabbit, Posh, and more. Each line focused on one colour of the rainbow. Fun! The feature vendors were Say Ooh, Two Elle, and Fruition Salon. It was a different environment for me, but fun to run into a few friends who participated in different ways, from designers to building managers. Here are a few pics from the night!
