I think it's great to be involved with the community any way you can, and in any capacity you can. It's true that some ways are more fun than others, but can definitely still have a great impact! W.O. Smith is a music school run by volunteers for kids who cannot afford music lessons. This is so vital, considering we live in MUSIC CITY! Anyhow, they do an annual fundraiser called The Birdhouse Thing which is a black tie event on March 10 to auction off cute little birdhouses, customized by local artists. what a wonderful cause! anything to do with the arts and music really needs to receive more funding in my book. it's the greatest outlet for kids and can only benefit the whole community as a result.

I definitely agree! Rebekka and I are excited to go to the black tie and watch them be auctioned off.
